Return Policy

All G&M Products customers must submit a return request that can be found in each customer my account section before attempting to return any merchandise to G&M Products. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first. All customers must submit a return request to G&M Products, that request will then be processed and either approved or denied depending on the reason that is given on the return request. G&M Products will not accept any returned merchandise without it having been approved. We will only accept returns for products that were damaged during shipping; products that have manufacturing defects, or if the incorrect item was shipped. Anyone filing a return request claim for an item that was damaged during transportation must file their claim within 24 hours of having received the item or the return request will be denied. The manufacturing defects must be large enough so that it renders the product unusable or the defect must be noticeable to an extent that the product is completely different than what is advertised.

G & M Products will not be obligated to accept any returns of product excluding returns of defective product, miss-shipments, or if it was damaged during shipment.

Non-defective merchandise returned to G&M Products for any reason other than a miss-shipment of product will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Product must be received by us in original condition and packaging within 14 days of our shipping date, or it will not be accepted for return.

All return requests will be carefully examined by the G & M Products sales team.
